AI credits
AI work is billed in credits, priced by what each action actually costs:

Credits reset at the start of each billing month. Each plan also has a daily ceiling so a single busy day can't consume the whole month.
Which Plan Is Right for You?
Starter — For individual traders automating up to three strategies across three broker accounts. Includes the AI Strategy Builder and marketplace selling.
Pro — For traders running a stack of funded or evaluation accounts. Copy trading fans one signal out across all ten, and the premium AI model handles longer, more intricate strategies.
Elite — For professional traders and firms: 25 accounts, unlimited webhooks and strategies, and unlimited copy trading groups.

There is no free trial. Instead, every plan (Starter, Pro, Elite) comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee:

How to Subscribe
- Go to atomiktrading.io and click Get Started
- Choose your plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Complete checkout (credit/debit card)
- Your account is immediately activated with full access
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade or Downgrade
You can change your plan at any time:
- Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select your new plan
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancel
- Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Plan
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
Billing Portal
Click Manage Subscription to access the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- Update payment method
- View invoice history
- Download receipts
- Change billing cycle
Payment Failure Handling
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):
- Grace period — You retain full access while we retry the payment
- Warning — Email notification about the failed payment
- Urgent — Follow-up notification if still unresolved
- Final notice — Last chance to update your payment method
- Suspended — Account access is restricted until payment is resolved
To resolve: Update your payment method in Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. Once payment succeeds, full access is immediately restored.
Yearly vs. Monthly
Yearly billing saves about 17% compared to monthly — two months free:

FAQ
Can I switch plans mid-cycle? Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing date.
What happens to my strategies if I downgrade? If your new plan has lower limits, excess strategies/webhooks will be deactivated. You choose which ones to keep.
Is there a refund policy? Yes — every plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact support@atomiktrading.io within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. After that, refunds are evaluated case by case.
Do yearly plans auto-renew? Yes. You can cancel anytime before renewal through the billing portal.
