Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview​

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern the Atomik Trading affiliate program (the "Program"), run by Atomik Trading LLC ("Atomik Trading," "we," "our," or "us"). Approved affiliates earn a commission when people they refer to www.atomiktrading.io pay for eligible Atomik plans.

Commissions are calculated and paid by Whop (whop.com), not by Atomik Trading.

By applying to or taking part in the Program, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Approval​

  • To join, apply in the Atomik app under Settings → Affiliate.
  • Every application is reviewed by Atomik Trading. You are an affiliate only after we approve your application.
  • We may decline any application.
  • You earn commission only while you remain an approved affiliate.

3. Whop Account Required​

  • You need a Whop account to take part. A Whop account is free to create at whop.com.
  • You cannot earn commission until your Whop account is connected to your Atomik affiliate profile in Settings → Affiliate.
  • Atomik Trading does not pay affiliates directly and does not collect your payout details. See section 7.

4. Commission​

  • Rate: 30% of each payment, as calculated by Whop.
  • Eligible plans:
    • Starter — monthly and yearly
    • Pro — monthly and yearly
    • Elite — monthly
  • Duration: commission is paid on every payment a referred customer makes on an eligible plan, for as long as that customer keeps paying and you remain an approved affiliate.

5. What Doesn't Earn Commission​

  • The $399 lifetime offer.
  • Research credit packs.
  • Strategy purchases in the Strategy Marketplace.
  • Any other product or plan not listed in section 4.
  • Payments that are refunded, charged back, or disputed (section 8).
  • Payments made after your participation ends (section 10).
  • Purchases by you, or by accounts you own or control (section 6).

6. How Referrals Are Tracked​

  1. You share your Atomik referral link: https://www.atomiktrading.io/?ref=<your-code>.
  2. When someone opens your link, your referral code is saved in their browser's local storage on that device for 30 days. See our Cookie Policy.
  3. If they create an Atomik account (free or paid) on that device within those 30 days, the referral is tied to their account.
  4. Eligible plans they pay for later on that account credit you, as described in section 4.

Because the code is stored on the device, a referral may not be recorded if the person signs up on a different device or browser, or clears their browser data first.

The following rules also apply:

  • First referral wins. Once an account is tied to an affiliate, the referral can't be changed later.
  • No self-referrals. You can't refer yourself, your own accounts, or accounts you control.
  • Existing paying customers can't be re-attributed to you.
  • Use only your Atomik link. Don't share Whop direct links for Atomik products. Only the Atomik link is tracked.

7. Payouts (by Whop)​

  • Whop calculates your commissions and pays them to your Whop balance.
  • Atomik Trading does not pay affiliates directly and does not take payout details.
  • Whop holds commissions for its standard holding period before they are paid.
  • Whop's own terms, holds, fees, identity checks, and withdrawal rules apply to your commissions and your Whop balance.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks​

If a referred payment is refunded — including under our 7-day money-back guarantee — or is charged back or disputed, the commission on that payment is reversed. Whop claws the commission back.

9. Rules for Promoting Atomik​

9.1 Disclose That You Earn a Commission​

Whenever you share your link or promote Atomik Trading, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission. Place the disclosure near the link, where people see it before they click, in line with the FTC's guidelines on endorsements. For example: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link."

9.2 No Performance or Income Claims​

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You must not:

  • Make income, profit, or trading-performance claims or guarantees.
  • Present any trading results as typical.

9.3 Prohibited Conduct​

You must not:

  • Make misleading or false claims about Atomik Trading or its product.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Bid on "Atomik" or "Atomik Trading" brand terms in paid search ads.
  • Pose as Atomik Trading or its staff.
  • List Atomik Trading on coupon or deal sites without our written permission.
  • Use incentivized or fake signups.

10. Ending Participation​

  • You may end your participation at any time by contacting us at support@atomiktrading.io.
  • We may end your participation at any time, and we may remove you from the Program for breaking these Terms.
  • Payments made after your participation ends do not earn commission.

11. Changes to These Terms​

We may change these Terms, including the commission rate. Changes apply going forward and are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

12. The Previous Affiliate Program​

Atomik Trading previously ran its own in-house affiliate program, which paid a 20% commission by PayPal or Wise. That program closed on September 13, 2026, when these Terms took effect.

  • Balances under that program's $50 payout minimum were not paid out and have expired.
  • Affiliates approved under the previous program keep their approval, but must connect a Whop account to earn under these Terms (section 3).
