1. Purpose​

This Testimonial Disclosure is provided by Atomik Trading LLC ("Atomik Trading," "we," "our," or "us") in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). This disclosure applies to all testimonials, reviews, endorsements, and user feedback displayed on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and any other communications.

2. Testimonials Are Real​

All testimonials displayed on our website and marketing materials are from real users of the Atomik Trading platform. Testimonials reflect the genuine experiences, opinions, and views of the individuals who provided them. We do not fabricate, ghost-write, or artificially generate testimonials.

We may edit testimonials for clarity, grammar, or length, but we do not alter the substance or meaning of any testimonial.

3. No Compensation​

The individuals whose testimonials appear on our platform were not compensated in any form for providing their testimonials. They did not receive payment, free subscriptions, discounted services, credits, gifts, or any other consideration in exchange for their endorsement.

If at any time we display a testimonial from an individual who has received compensation or any material benefit, we will clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship alongside the testimonial.

4. Individual Results — No Guarantee​

Testimonials reflect individual experiences only and are not representative of all users. Your results will vary.

The experiences described in testimonials are personal to those users and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Many factors affect trading performance, including but not limited to:

  • Market conditions and volatility.
  • The specific strategies, instruments, and timeframes used.
  • Individual risk tolerance and capital allocation.

  • The trader's experience, skill, and discipline.

5. Not Financial Advice or Endorsement​

Testimonials displayed on our platform are personal opinions and experiences. They do not constitute:

6. Strategy Marketplace Reviews​

Reviews and ratings displayed in our Strategy Marketplace are submitted by users who have subscribed to a given strategy. These reviews reflect the individual reviewer's experience and opinion. Atomik Trading does not:

  • Verify the trading results claimed in reviews.
  • Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review.
  • Endorse or recommend any strategy based on its reviews or ratings.
  • Remove negative reviews solely because they are unfavorable to a creator.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our Terms of Service, contain false or misleading information, or are abusive in nature.

7. Social Media and Third-Party Content​

From time to time, we may share, repost, or reference user-generated content from social media platforms (including but not limited to X/Twitter, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube). When we share such content:

  • We do so with the author's knowledge or from publicly available posts.
  • The shared content represents the author's individual experience and opinion.
  • Unless otherwise disclosed, the author was not compensated for the original post.
  • Sharing user content does not constitute our endorsement of the trading results or methods described.

8. Affiliate and Referral Relationships​

Atomik Trading operates an affiliate program. If a testimonial or endorsement is provided by someone who participates in our affiliate or referral program and stands to receive a financial benefit from new signups, that material connection will be clearly disclosed alongside the testimonial.

We may update this Testimonial Disclosure from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
